Horse Fair Card Game

Players act as judges at a horse fair, voting for which of five horses should win. Each turn, a player places a card from their hand face-up, then draws a replacement. When the number of cards showing for a horse matches the value printed on its cards, that horse scores. Players who contributed cards collect them, while the player who plays the final scoring card takes the horse figurine. Other face-up cards are discarded, and a new round begins. The game ends when a player collects four horse figurines. Scoring can use card counts or the printed card values, with special cards offering extra counts or discarding all cards for a horse.
