Inside Me
INSIDE ME is a thoughtful card game about the emotions and inner states that live within us all. Players collect and manage emotions like Joy, Fear, Anger, and Shame, while also working with “happy hormones” such as Dopamine and Serotonin. The game turns everyday emotional experiences into playful strategy, inviting players to reflect on feelings, connections, and inner balance in a light, engaging way. During the game, players divide cards into tempting offers and choose from them in turn, trying to build strong sets of emotions while limiting their opponents’ options. Special cards and cubes represent inner resources that can boost scoring but must be managed carefully. Timing, reading other players’ intentions, and making smart swaps all play a key role in shaping your emotional landscape. At the end of the game, players score points for the emotion sets they control, along with bonuses unlocked by meeting special conditions. Extra points can be gained or lost depending on how well players manage their inner resources. The player with the highest total score wins, showing the best balance between strategy, emotional awareness, and adaptability. -description from designer
