A New York underworld boss must choose an heir from among four rival crime families. Players build gangster dens, manage their hands, and play exactly one card each turn. Interlocking card colors determine how gangsters are added, while card effects provide respect points or damage opponents’ dens. Shootings, police attention, and bribes create pressure as resources are managed, and accumulated police attention can lead to a raid. Alliances may help temporarily, but betrayal is often necessary to create the strongest den.
