Simulates Napoleonic-era campaigns with emphasis on limited information and couriered orders. Players act as opposing generals who rarely know precise locations of enemy or friendly forces and must communicate only via messages carried by an umpire. Plays on 19th-century maps using a simple ruleset, paper, pens and a few dice. Includes scenarios covering the 1806 Prussian campaign, 1806–1807 operations in Poland (Pultusk, Eylau, Friedland) and the opening 1809 campaign in Bavaria.
