A double-blind Napoleonic wargame recreates campaigns in Bavaria, Austria, France, Spain, and Portugal. An umpire manages hidden information, while players communicate through written messages and command units on period maps using a simple operational system. Combat is resolved with a face-to-face system focused on morale, or with an existing operational or tactical ruleset, including miniatures. This edition includes the complete core rules, revised tactical rules, army conversion data, special rules for ten campaigns, seven maps, and 52 unit sheets. An experimental recruitment module adds strategic administration of war.
