A melancholic, eccentric world on the edge of an industrial revolution combines altered forms of life with a touch of the supernatural. Players take the roles of investigators in a decaying realm, tracking rebellions, ghosts, non-humans, cults, and assassins. The cases mix dark humor, human tragedy, and elements of horror.
