Malifaux (Second Edition)

Players collect, build, and paint 32mm miniatures and field them in skirmish battles for control of Soulstones. Each player leads a Crew assembled from a Master or Henchman plus Minions and Totems; Masters can transform into powerful Avatars and Henchmen may lead specialized forces in their absence. Play revolves around executing a chosen Strategy and completing Schemes while resolving actions with a Fate Deck of cards that players can manipulate to Cheat Fate and influence attacks, spells, and other outcomes. Games emphasize tactical positioning, resource management, and card play to carry out a leader’s plans in encounters against opposing Crews.
