Mamluk

This historical wargame presents two battles from the 13th-century conflicts between Crusaders, Mamluks, Mongols, and Ayyubid forces: Mansourah in Egypt and the Second Battle of Homs in Syria. Players command opposing armies using the Great Battles of History system, maneuvering units, issuing orders, and resolving combat. Mansourah features Crusader heavy cavalry, crossbows, artillery, and fighting in the streets of the newly built city. Second Homs depicts a large, fluid cavalry battle between the Mamluks and the Mongols of the Ilkhan Horde. A copy of The Devil's Horsemen: The Mongol War Machine is required to play.
