Manoeuvre: Distant Lands

A stand-alone expansion adds four new armies from across the globe and eight terrain tiles that introduce swamps, Asian fields and Scandinavian forests. Players field Sweden, the fragmented Indian kingdoms, the Tokugawa Shogunate and the Chinese 8-Banner army using unit counters and nationality-specific card decks. Each faction has distinct strengths and weaknesses—Sweden mirrors traditional European powers, the Indian states favor speed and guerilla tactics, the Shogunate fields clan-based forces with fierce melee behavior, and the Chinese army mixes elite cavalry with uneven conscripts. New rules cover special abilities and advanced options, and the tiles change movement and tactics to reflect the varied theatres.
