Model's Counterattack
Operational-level wargame covering the Soviet Operation Bagration in summer 1944. Over ten daily turns, Soviet forces advance toward the Vistula River and Warsaw while German forces under General Model regroup and launch counterattacks. Players maneuver mostly armored, mechanized, and motorized units, manage the Warsaw uprising, and contest the Soviet bridgehead at Magnuszew. Each hex represents approximately two kilometers, with units ranging from brigades to battalions.
