Monkey Palace: Skull Micro Expansion

Adds a Skull item and Trophy Card to the game. During a turn, a player may place the Skull on an open end knob of an arch in the staircase they just built, if they think no other player can build above it. The player takes the Skull Trophy Card, worth 3 Banana Points. If another player later builds on top of the Skull, they take the card instead; afterward, it cannot change hands. Compatible with other micro expansions.
