Monster City Planners
Players act as urban planners balancing public interests with the demands of towering monsters in a developing city. Each round begins with a card draft, then players use cards either to construct or demolish buildings and alter the city plan, or to establish scoring criteria. After both players pass, the remaining cards score points based on how well the final city reflects their conditions.

Evan10.0 There is a game here, but it's really not ready to be published. Playing this felt more like a playtest than anything else. Additionally, just because this is something trying to push into the microgame category doesn't mean the rules clarity should also be micro. There were a lot of questions we had that the rules were too concise to bother answering.
