Neuroshima Hex: Krwiobus
An optional special unit replaces a drawn Medic tile when the player chooses to swap them before placement. The unit occupies the board like other tiles but functions differently from a standard protector. When placed, it enables a Transfusion action that redirects damage between the player’s HQ and one of their own units, provided the special unit is connected to both the HQ and that unit at the same time. The tile appears as a mini‑expansion component that integrates with existing army setups and draws, offering an alternate tactical option during play.
