Neuroshima Hex
Players command rival armies in a tactical skirmish set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Each player manages a deck of hexagonal tiles representing units, supports, and special actions, placing them on a shared hex grid to attack enemy units and damage opposing headquarters. Combat resolves by comparing facing and attack values on adjacent tiles, with positioning and timing driving tactical choices. Victory comes when an opponent’s headquarters is destroyed or when one headquarters has sustained the least damage at game end. Multiple armies and editions are compatible, though art and tile dimensions vary between printings.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
What is a Foundation tile — is it a unit? Can it be moved, taken over, or does it block line of fire?
A Foundation tile is not a unit: it can be placed on an empty hex and units can move onto it, but it cannot be moved, pushed, netted, taken over, or treated as a unit; it can only be destroyed by Instant Action tiles and does not block lines of fire (page 1).
Can the Vegas special Control Takeover capture an enemy Headquarters?
No — an enemy Headquarters may not be taken over by Control Takeover (page 2).
If an Agitator or the Vegas HQ takes control of an enemy unit, can I turn that unit immediately and how long does it stay friendly?
At the moment of takeover the Vegas player may turn the captured unit in any direction, and the unit remains friendly only while in direct contact with the Agitator or Vegas HQ; if takeover happens during a Battle it may be turned immediately after the Battle finishes (page 2).
Does a hex containing only a Foundation tile count as occupied for determining a Battle on a fully occupied board?
No — for the purposes of Battles evoked by a fully occupied board, a hex that contains only a Foundation tile is not considered an occupied hex (page 1).
What happens if a Headquarters is moved or placed onto a Mine? Can the Mine wound the HQ?
If a Headquarters is placed or moved onto a Mine the Mine is destroyed but the Headquarters remains unwounded; other units are destroyed by a Mine and a Medic can absorb Mine damage in the normal way (page 2).
Can I use Rotation or Castling on a unit that is caught in a Net?
No — units caught in a Net cannot rotate and cannot take part in Castling (page 2).
