Operation: Perfect Blue
A science-fiction roleplaying game about the remaining people of a planet fighting to reclaim their world. Players design, build, and maintain a base, research technologies, manufacture weapons and equipment, and undertake covert missions against enemy targets. The game also includes diplomatic and funding activities, starship and military vehicle operations, and rules for combat, skills, races, and different soldier types.
