Paris 1919
Set during the Treaty of Versailles, the game places ten countries in negotiations to shape the postwar peace. Each country pursues war goals in three areas: the League of Nations, territories, and reparations. After a random event, players hold secret negotiations with another country, trading money, territories, and votes. Following a timed discussion period, each player submits one proposal for a vote. Countries may vote for or against proposals, or use their single protest token to cancel a proposal for that turn. Victory points are awarded for achieving objectives and for submitting accepted proposals.
