Pax Romana
Lead Romans or Barbarians in a struggle for control of the provinces. Expand, infiltrate, and destabilize through tile placement, area control, diplomacy, and dice-driven conquest. Control provinces with settlements to gain bonuses and victory points, while unique faction goals and personal character missions add asymmetric objectives. A 60-card event deck reshapes production and political conflicts, and the Diplomat doubles resource production instead of blocking it.
