Rise of Cthulhu: Dark Secrets

Darkness spreads across the world as cultists prepare to awaken the Old Ones while Investigators hunt for signs of their influence. The expansion adds new Monsters, Artifacts, and Old Ones to the card game. It also introduces Investigators, which appear at specific Locations and disrupt both players’ plans. An Investigator can banish Cultists and remove Monsters and Artifacts from a Location unless players commit enough Cultist cards to defeat it. While an Investigator remains, Cultists must be played at that Location, and control does not shift until the threat is resolved. A player aid is also included.
