Unlikely heroes navigate a sci-fi adventure across a galaxy divided by competing factions. Played solo or cooperatively, the game combines narrative choices and character development with tactical combat using cards, dice, and asymmetric abilities. Missions range from stealth and infiltration to search and rescue, sabotage, evacuations, and defense. Decisions permanently shape characters, relationships, and the paths available through the story, while behavior-driven enemies and adjustable difficulty test the team in and outside of combat.
