Seastead: Promo Pack #1
Four new specialist cards for the game, numbered Promo 01–04, each offering a unique action boost. Promo01 lets a player choose a location containing an opponent’s ship and resolve that location’s effect when diving or building. Promo02 grants any two resources from the supply when diving or building. Promo03 gives an immediate extra build action after completing a build. Promo04 causes a location’s effect to resolve twice when taking the build action. Each card does not exhaust after use; instead it is passed to the opponent.
