Siege of Santiago Game

A two-player wargame covering the 1898 American campaign against Santiago de Cuba during the Spanish-American War. One player commands the advancing American forces, while the other directs Spanish defenders positioned in cannons, entrenchments, and blockhouses. Players contend with difficult terrain, disease, and limited supplies as they conduct attacks and attempt to hold or capture key positions. Cards vary the course of play, and games take about 90 minutes.
