The Cloaks are outcasts of the Bender Empire who survive through stealth and guerrilla warfare. Led by Vlox, a versatile Summoner and master of black powder weapons, they strike from the shadows before retreating into hiding. This faction deck includes 35 cards for play, with Vlox, three Champions, Scrappers, Gunners, Thieves, event cards, walls, and a Summoner reference card. Its forces use ranged attacks, ambushes, theft, and movement tricks to disrupt opposing armies and control the battlefield.
