Supertall: Municipal Buildings
You can't fight City Hall, but you can work with them. This expansion allows four-player games and adds expanded options for two- and three-player games. It includes six new plans: four Government plans, one Business plan, and one Natural plan. Government plans score 3 points for each odd value and 3 points for each even value.
