The Deadlies

Players trade cards in a fast take-that card game built around seven sin-themed suits. On a turn, players may play any number of cards that share a suit, match a number value, or form a straight; the top card of the set triggers a suit ability that can help the active player or hinder opponents. When a player empties their hand and keeps it empty through the end of their turn, their next starting hand size decreases (tracked by a token) and emptying the hand three times wins the game. Opponents constantly add cards to each other’s hands and react to suit abilities, making hand management and timing the core challenges.
