A band of heroes explores the deep mines of Moria, tracking increased Orc activity and probing the source of the threat. Players assemble a deck from hero and player cards, then resolve an encounter deck that pits hazards, Orcs, and subterranean perils against them. The scenario features underground currents that displace characters and lead into darker regions populated by nameless creatures, while resources like travel, combat, and health management determine survival. This pack adds a new hero, three copies of each player card, and a standalone scenario designed to integrate with the base game and the Khazad-dûm expansion.
