The Minion Recipes
Players compete in an annual alchemy contest by gathering elemental ingredients and magical pots to create minions from the recipes on display. Over five rounds, they draft element and pot cards, then stop the round when they have the cards needed to complete a recipe and may use the minion’s special ability. Players can withdraw during a draft to discard the remaining cards, but then cannot create a minion that round. Up to three cards can be carried into the next round, while players race to claim available recipes before their opponents.
