Players move miniature figures, contesting control of space and engaging in one-on-one skirmishes on a small arena board. Each hero uses a unique deck that reflects their playstyle and special abilities; combat resolves by comparing attack and defense cards with deterministic outcomes modified by card effects and a timing system. Line-of-sight matters for ranged and area effects, and multi-figure decks require coordination between characters. Matches emphasize tactical movement, asymmetric powers, and deck-specific strategies that change with different hero pairings.
