Players deploy starfighters and pilots with new skills to intercept Viren incursions and prevent planetary infestation. The expansion adds enemy cards, skill cards, new starfighter play boards with tokens, energy tokens, and mothership dashboards with phasing tokens, integrating into the base game to introduce fresh threats and tactical options for combat and resource management.
