Race to the promotion by navigating a shared office path, visiting all three bosses, and returning to the Performance Review tile. Players place Project cards to build or block routes, collect Company Influence, and use Office Politics cards to advance, sabotage coworkers, swap positions, or rearrange the office layout. The first employee to complete the route earns the promotion.

Played this at Pax Unplugged 2021. This game is an absolute blast. Reasonably fast paced, but also a little thinky as you try to make sure you get the best combo. The gameplay is super cutthroat - I played with 3 players and it would likely be even better with 4. You have all sorta of opportunities to screw over other players or swap places with them as you race to the goal, and can't help but laugh as you do it, like hitting someone with a Blue Shell in Mario Kart.
