Western Hero
A sourcebook for running Western adventures using the HERO system, covering both historical and fictional versions of the Wild West. It includes a complete campaign setting based on the town of Deadwood, along with Western NPCs such as Wild Bill Hickok, Calamity Jane, Butch Cassidy, and the Sundance Kid. Guidelines support the creation of Western-style characters through new package deals, advantages, and disadvantages. Additional material includes a historical timeline, bestiary, equipment and weapon statistics, and information on life in the Old West.
