This roleplaying supplement presents 21 antagonists for use against player characters, ranging from street thugs and confidence artists to crime bosses, dictators, and corrupt politicians. Each villain includes an illustration, background history, statistics, and goals to support encounters and ongoing plots. Designed for the Clement Sector setting, the characters can also be adapted for other Traveller campaigns.
