A Harsh Winter

A holiday-themed adventure for the Mythic Russia roleplaying game, inspired by Russian tales of Ded Moroz, or Grandfather Frost. An unrelenting winter has covered the village of Nikolaevsk near Lake Peipus in snow, leaving its people struggling to survive. After Teutonic Knights mock Morozko, he freezes them in place and punishes the village for failing to defend him by withholding the promise of spring. The heroes investigate the devastated village, surrounding wilderness, and the abandoned knightly camp, where a frightened squire remains. The Mythic Russia rulebook is required to play.
