This expansion moves the setting into the 1940s and adds a new Tech 7 Capital Equipment deck that introduces higher-level assets and capabilities. It extends the endgame and alters the timing and arc of play, prompting players to reconsider when to expand companies and when to found new ones. The expansion integrates with the base game’s mechanisms, keeping the same core actions while changing strategic incentives and long-term planning.
