Belly of Rot

The party follows a cult devoted to Shub-Niggurath into Brynndell, where its investigation leads beneath the capital to a temple dedicated to the Mother’s Maw. The adventure centers on stopping a madman’s vile transformation before it is complete. Designed for four 4th-level characters, it is the fourth installment in the six-part Whispers of the Dark Mother adventure path.
