Combat Commander: Adversary

A solitaire system for fighting through the scenarios included in the 20th Anniversary Edition of Combat Commander, as well as scenarios from earlier European and Mediterranean editions. An automated opponent sets up its forces on any map, activates units, selects targets, advances into melees, and moves toward objectives. The adversary can interrupt a turn with opportunity fire or wire, using control logic and guided randomness to create a variable opponent. Actions resolve quickly while the system maintains the ebb and flow and tactical surprises of a typical engagement.
