Standalone investigative scenario set in the Cleveland suburbs that examines local corruption through a focused case file. Players gather clues, interview suspects, analyze evidence using the base game’s systems, and consult online databases as they piece together the narrative. The scenario is shorter and mechanically simpler than the main campaign, making it suitable for a single-session playthrough or as an introduction to the game’s rules. A copy of the base game is required to play; scenario files are distributed separately for use with the core components.
