A game-mastering supplement for a science-fiction roleplaying game, covering the fundamentals of running sessions, general GMing rules, a sample of play, and explanations of the rules. It also includes a field guide to known alien races, a psychic abilities system, high-technology rules, animal tables, planet-generation procedures, and details of the entire Western Spiral planetary system. The book is exceptionally scarce, with only one copy known to exist outside the designers’ and artist’s personal copies after the printer withheld the edition.
