Fear Effects (1st Edition)

A supplemental horror system for Savage Worlds that expands the standard Fear table with 100 possible consequences for failed Horror checks. Characters continue to make Guts checks without tracking a separate sanity score, with effects scaled to the severity of the situation, from weak knees and specific phobias to psychosomatic blindness. The supplement also provides nine optional rules and variants, along with tools for creating custom effects suited to a campaign. Although designed with modern horror in mind, the system can be used in fantasy, science fiction, and other settings.
