For Rent, Lease or Conquest

A Pathfinder/3.5-compatible adventure for four to five 7th-level characters, centered on securing and repairing a new guildhall. Edgewaith Manor is plagued by magical malfunctions, interplanar ants, dangerous chicken coops, and other hazards, while rival real estate agents seek to claim the property. After obtaining the manor’s magical deed, the party rearranges rooms, installs traps, recruits defenders, and prepares the house for an assault. The adventure includes malfunctioning magic items, gnomish architecture, a formian colony, and the opportunity to establish a permanent home base.
