Hope Prep #2: Halloween Ball (M&M 3E)

A Halloween dance at Hope Preparatory School is disrupted by troublemakers and dark arts. This scenario follows metahuman students as they investigate the disturbance and work to keep the event from being ruined. It can be played as a standalone adventure or integrated into an ongoing first-year campaign, with a dormitory map and NPCs provided for the gamemaster. It also introduces the Certified Soothsayers Society, an organization that evaluates professionals with precognitive and postcognitive abilities.
