Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 9

A celebrity instigates a hostage situation by directing a crowd of loyal fans to act on her behalf. Players act as the negotiator trying to calm tensions between the celebrity, her followers, and rival opponents before violence escalates. This expansion introduces a 15-card abductor pack that changes how threats and demands resolve, adding cards that reflect petty, attention-seeking behavior and growing paranoia. Cards alter the flow of rounds, create new complications tied to the celebrity’s followers, and integrate with the core negotiation mechanics of the base game and Crime Wave expansion.
