This fantasy roleplaying supplement centers on a trickster who traps four entities of the Elemental Chaos in an endless card game and channels their power into a magical deck. It provides rules for card-wielding characters, including feats, the deckslinger ranger, the gambler’s pact warlock, and a new paragon path. It also includes the backstory of the elemental gamblers, rules for playing the in-world gambling game, and procedures for reading fortunes with a deck. Cards can serve as an arcane implement or as a weapon, with damage determined by drawing from an actual deck instead of rolling dice.
