Khan's Spells & Feats

This supplement expands magic in ICRPG with new spells and metamagic spells that modify other spells, allowing effects such as increased damage, extended duration, reduced cost, or casting two spells with one action. It also introduces feats, special abilities gained in place of milestones. Feats activate as free actions, can be chained together, and become cheaper to use as they are mastered. Options include extra attacks and actions, marking, parrying, cleaves, dodging, and stat increases.
