Land of the Rising Sun

Set in a fantastical version of feudal Japan, the game portrays rival clans seeking influence across an archipelago shaped by demons, spirits, and ancient traditions. Players form alliances, recruit monsters and kami, and issue political mandates to develop their clans and move armies between provinces. Seasonal actions include harvesting resources, recruiting forces, and waging battles resolved through hidden bids and tactical choices. Honor, alliances, strongholds, and control of territory contribute to victory over the course of the campaign.
