It covers the city’s history, geography, corporate enclaves, ports, space infrastructure, slums, fringe societies, and political corruption. The included adventure follows an investigation into an outbreak of violence in the Mudville slums, leading characters from the wealthy downtown districts into desperate urban communities. The book also provides vehicles, spacecraft, robots, non-player characters, and random encounters for use in Libreville or other futuristic cities.
