Mythic Constantinople

A campaign setting centered on Constantinople in 1450, where Byzantine culture, rival empires, merchants, mercenaries, churches, cults, and mythical beings converge. The setting combines detailed history with legend, covering the city’s geography, politics, landmarks, organisations, religions, and notable inhabitants. Players create characters from a wide range of cultures, including native Byzantines, European mercenaries, Italian merchants, Islamic emissaries, and non-human residents. Game Masters use connected locations, people, and organisations to create street-level adventures amid political intrigue, religious conflict, exploration, and threats from the city’s ancient Undercity.
