Napoleon Saga: Waterloo

A two-player strategic card-wargame that simulates the 1815 Belgium campaign, pitting a French force against a coalition opponent. Each player manages two decks—one for units and one for strategic options—deploys starting troops on a hex map, and alternates turns to maneuver, engage, and resolve combat. Victory comes by either eliminating the enemy’s forces or accumulating at least ten Victory Points through destroying units and completing secret objectives. The base rules support historical recreations of Quatre-Bras, Ligny, Waterloo and Wavre via scenario expansions, while a deck-building system lets players customize armies and explore alternate outcomes.
