In this Shadowrun, Sixth World adventure, a team of runners is hired by Am-mut, a Cairo-based fixer connected to Egypt’s outlawed magical circles. They travel to the Al Wadi Al Gadid Desert, retrieve a mysterious crate from the Cave of Shadows, and deliver it to Cairo while facing checkpoint evasion, a Nile River chase, paranormal scorpions, awakened crocodiles, and a final confrontation in a crumbling dye factory. The magically charged artifact distorts reality and draws dangerous attention; opening the crate may have serious consequences.
