In the steam-powered city of Alkenstar, a gang of outlaws joins forces to pursue personal vendettas against the villains who wronged them. This player-focused guide provides spoiler-free information for creating characters suited to the Outlaws of Alkenstar Adventure Path. It covers Alkenstar’s landmarks and notable figures, campaign-specific rules, the characters’ outlaw origins and first illicit job, and recommendations for ancestries, classes, languages, skills, feats, and alignments. New backgrounds explore criminal pasts and the grudges that drive characters to seek revenge.
