Pocket Mars

Players act as architects building a settlement on Mars, deploying cards to create projects and attract colonists to five shared buildings. Cards can be played directly for immediate effects or prepared as modules and placed in the preparation zone to be added to buildings, triggering action sequences that move colonists and alter resources. Card placement and the zone a card is played from determine which actions fire, and players can often use effects from modules placed by others. Turns are quick and choices focus on timing, placement, and action sequencing as players balance advancing their own settlement while disrupting opponents' plans.
